SECTION TICKETS MUST BE PRODUCED TO THE STEWARDS IN ALL SECTIONS

PRIZEMONEY WILL BE PAID ON SHOW DAY AT SECRETARY'S OFFICE BETWEEN 3.00 - 4.00pm
or upon collection of items

Entries must be in Pavilions prior to 9.30am on Show Day
Collection of items after show between 5.00 p.m. and 5.30 p.m.

PRIZES NOT CLAIMED BEFORE DECEMBER 31 WILL BE
FORFEITED TO THE SOCIETY
TROPHIES ARE NOT TO BE TAKEN UNTIL WON OUTRIGHT
